Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Supervisor to lead the company’s technology operations and digital transformation initiatives across its business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee ERP, POS, infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems.
• Lead cybersecurity, IT governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
• Manage IT vendors, budgets, projects, and technology implementations.
• Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency through technology.
• Lead and support the IT team while working closely with senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive IT experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong experience with ERP/POS systems, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in IT project, vendor, and budget management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant IT certifications or a Master’s degree are an added advantage.
