Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Project Officer to support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of projects across the organization.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure project activities are properly coordinated, executed efficiently, and completed within agreed timelines.
• This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience in project coordination, reporting, stakeholder communication, and operational support within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing project activities.
• Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate project meetings, schedules, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Prepare project reports, updates, and presentations for management review.
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to support smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues where necessary.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of project records.
• Assist with budget tracking and resource coordination.
• Support risk identification and issue resolution activities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in  Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 0 - 2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, internship, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of  project management tools or methodologies is an added advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within a project-focused role.
