Job Summary
- We’re hiring dynamic and results-driven Key Account Business Developers to join our growing fintech sales team.
- This role is focused on managing strategic relationships, growing key accounts, and driving business development efforts in Kano, Oyo State, and potentially other locations (applicants from other states are welcome—please indicate your location when applying).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Identify and pursue business growth opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance) to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in your region
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional expansion strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, Key Account Management, or Business development (preferably in fintech or financial services)
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and client servicing skills
- Deep understanding of the financial technology landscape
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kano or Oyo State (or specify your preferred location in the application).
Salary
N300,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
