We are recruiting to fill the position below:


Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Antigen Rapid Diagnostic Test kits and other OH products/services.
  • Expand client base across Diagnostics and OH business lines.
  • Foster client loyalty by addressing pain points and delivering proactive solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.
  • Manage key corporate accounts, maintaining strong relationships and account health.
  • Develop and implement systems to track and resolve client complaints.
  • Maintain constant availability to address client inquiries, concerns, and support requests.
  • Liaise with Operations to ensure prompt resolution of operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team on client contract development, review, and documentation.
  • Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is updated and accessible.
  • Maintain a checklist and calendar of all relevant regulatory and compliance documents to avoid expiration or oversight.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to monitor performance, identify new markets, and propose innovations.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with market demands and organizational capabilities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and collections.
  • Develop and maintain sales pipelines based on segmented industries and categories.
  • Initiate and drive business development strategies to convert leads into paying clients.
  • Identify opportunities for new campaigns, services, and sales/distribution channels to boost revenue.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • 4-6 years work experience.

Salary

N250,000 - N350,000 / Month.
