About The Role

The Fleet Specialist is responsible for overseeing the technical functionality, maintenance, and operational efficiency of the company's fleet assets across assigned locations. The role supervises third party fleet technicians, vendors, drivers, and transportation teams to ensure vehicle availability, safety compliance, cost optimization, and effective workshop operations. The position reports to the Fleet Manager and supports the maintenance of PMS, AGO, and gas driven vehicles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain 90%+ availability of vehicles and forklifts.
  • Implement preventive maintenance, pre-emptive diagnostics to avoid breakdowns and reliability tracking.
  • Track maintenance compliance, job cards, job certification, asset register and accessories inventory
  • Manage workshop tools, equipment certification, and enforce 5S standards.
  • Supervise hot work, welding, and refurbishment activities while observing safe work procedures.
  •  Ensure oversight on all technicians to ensure compliance to PPEs and environmental protection requirements.
  • Efficiently track aggregate performance and lubricant usage.
  • Monitor fuel efficiency through proactive reviews and the use of electronic fuel management system.
  • Ensure functionality of electronic devices (speed limiters, telematics, vision systems and tyre check kits).
  • Analyse cost trend per vehicle in line with budget.
  • Oversee tyre management to achieve lowest cost per kilometre.
  • Enforce corporate SOPs and NBC policies at the plant level.
  • Ensure government and environmental regulation compliance to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Maintain audit readiness and governance across all fleet activities.
  • Support driver recruitment, training, and evaluation.
  • Track toolbox talks schedules for workshop staff.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual service level agreement and workplace accountability requirements.
  • Use ERP systems to gather and analyse daily fleet activity.
  • Track green fleet initiatives aligned with Coca-Cola Hellenic’s net zero goals.
  • Support accident investigations, breakdown recovery, and insurance processing.


Is This You?

  • B.Sc./HND in Mechanical, Electrical or Agricultural (FPM) Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Fleet Technician, Specialist or Supervisor.
  • Cognate experience in the technical functionality and maintenance of PMS, AGO and Gas driven vehicles.
  • Proficient knowledge in MS office, SAP, or any known ERP packages and AI tools will be an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge in welding, fabrications and assembly of vehicles and semi-trailers will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to pay attention to details and possession of innovative mind set.
  • He or she must possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in fleet cost analysis, workshop management, special service tools and knowledge in vehicle spare parts.
  • Fleet Safety certifications by recognized bodies will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant experience in the operationalisation and maintenance of telemetry devices.

Your New Responsibility

  • Comply fully with all Security SOPs and Guard Instruction requirements at all times.
  • Control and monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and contractors in line with company security procedures.
  • Enforce all house rules relating to access control, safety, and security regulations.
  • Prevent the entry of suspicious individuals, dangerous items, or oversized luggage into office premises.
  • Conduct discreet and professional parcel and bag checks in collaboration with security personnel.
  • Work closely with the Landlord’s Reception to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
  • Welcome visitors professionally, register them accurately, and promptly notify their hosts.
  • Provide high-quality hospitality experience (e.g., offering seating and refreshments).
  • Ensure visitors are issued access badges/cards and are always escorted while on-site.
  • Maintain digital and physical records of access permissions and movements, including entry/exit tracking and archiving of leavers.
  • Perform administrative and functional support tasks under the supervision of the Risk & Security leadership team.
  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders (POs).


Is This You?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in corporate security, front office, or administrative roles.
  • Experience in a multinational or high-profile corporate environment is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with access control and security systems
  • Experience with call handling systems and administrative tools
