We are recruiting to fill the position below:


Job Title: Logistic Manager

Location: Igando, Lagos 

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Operations Management: Supervise transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and carriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and evaluate logistics staff including warehouse workers and transport coordinators.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to legal regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs such as delivery times, inventory turnover, and transport costs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Technology Integration: Utilize logistics software and systems to streamline operations and improve visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
