Ginos Ventures Limited is an Indigenous distributor of medical consumables and devices across Africa, we provide solutions to all problems of procurement, distribution, and supply of all medical consumables.

We currently distribute for over 15 multinational healthcare companies and have a working relationship with about 60% of healthcare institutions in Nigeria with 23 Medical Representatives and 10 mini distributors that cover major regions in the country.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations, coordinate deliveries, manage transportation, and ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate deliveries, dispatch, and distribution activities.
• Supervise drivers, logistics personnel, and daily fleet operations.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and transportation costs.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and proper documentation.
• Track inventory movement and maintain accurate logistics records.
• Resolve delivery delays and other operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain  Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, fleet management, or distribution operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and record-keeping abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
