The Creatives Island (TCI) is a fast-growing travel and experiences company curating unforgettable group and solo adventures across Africa.


Role Summary

  • The Logistics Manager will oversee all travel logistics for TCI’s trips, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.
  • This includes coordinating transportation, accommodation, vendor relationships, and on-ground arrangements to deliver world-class experiences for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage end-to-end logistics for all TCI trips (local & international).
  • Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
  • Prepare and manage trip itineraries, ensuring timely delivery of all arrangements.
  • Monitor and track all bookings, confirmations, and supplier payments.
  • Handle on-the-ground logistics during trips, resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain an updated database of trusted vendors and service providers.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to align on budgets, timelines, and quality standards.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, travel operations, or event coordination.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
  • Good knowledge of travel industry standards in Nigeria and Africa.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
