Role Summary
The Logistics Manager will oversee all travel logistics for TCI’s trips, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.
This includes coordinating transportation, accommodation, vendor relationships, and on-ground arrangements to deliver world-class experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage end-to-end logistics for all TCI trips (local & international).
Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
Prepare and manage trip itineraries, ensuring timely delivery of all arrangements.
Monitor and track all bookings, confirmations, and supplier payments.
Handle on-the-ground logistics during trips, resolving any issues promptly.
Maintain an updated database of trusted vendors and service providers.
Work closely with the Operations Manager to align on budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, travel operations, or event coordination.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
Good knowledge of travel industry standards in Nigeria and Africa.
