Role Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Procurement / Logistics Officer to support procurement activities, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating deliveries, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods within and outside Nigeria.
  • Candidates must be able to drive and be willing to undertake local and international travel on short notice to support procurement and project activities.


Key Responsibilities

Procurement  Management:

  • Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in line with company requirements.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers, vendors, and OEMs.
  • Prepare purchase orders, procurement documentation, and vendor evaluations.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Coordinate the delivery of goods and materials within Lagos, across Nigeria, and internationally.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to project locations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, customs agents, and logistics partners.
  • Manage shipping documentation, waybills, customs clearance processes, and delivery records.
  • Resolve logistics-related issues and ensure supply chain efficiency.

Vendor & OEM Management:

  • Nigeria job listingsBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, OEMs, and logistics providers.
  • Coordinate technical and commercial discussions with vendors.
  • Ensure procured materials meet project specifications and quality requirements.

Operational Support:

  • Work closely with engineering, project, business development, and finance teams to meet operational requirements.
  • Support inventory management and material tracking activities.
  • Prepare procurement and logistics reports for management review.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or related roles.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
  • Experience coordinating interstate and international deliveries is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive confidently.
  • Willingness to travel at short notice within and outside Nigeria.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
