Job Title: Management Information Systems Manager 

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• The MIS Manager oversees the organization’s IT systems, ensuring data integrity, analytics, and operational efficiency through strategic technology solutions.
• The role involves managing IT infrastructure, implementing data analytics tools, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT / MIS infrastructure, software, and vendors
• Ensure data accuracy, system security, and regulatory compliance
• Design and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports
• Lead ERP and enterprise system development
• Integrate AI to optimize business processes
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions
• Develop predictive analytics and automate reporting
• Enforce IT policies and train staff on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT/MIS; 4+ years in a senior role
• Strong expertise in data analytics, BI tools, ERP systems, and AI technologies
• Proven leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Salary

N800,000 - N1,000,000 Monthly.
