The Management Trainee Program (Direct Sales) is designed to develop high-potential graduates into skilled sales professionals and future sales leaders. Trainees will undergo structured classroom training and on-the-job field assignments focused on direct sales, customer acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.

Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in frontline sales operations while building strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell company products/services through direct, face-to-face customer engagement
  • Identify and prospect new customers to drive sales growth
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and professionally
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Build and manage long-term customer relationships
  • Participate in product, sales, and customer service training programs
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities
  • Comply with company policies, sales ethics, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline
  • 0 years of work experience (NYSC completed or exempted)

  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to work in a field-based sales environment
  • Basic computer literacy
