Core Job Roles
Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and approach potential customers (individuals, retailers, wholesalers, corporate clients)
- Generate leads through calls, visits, referrals, and networking
- Present products or services convincingly to win new business
Sales Execution:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate prices, terms, and close deals
- Process orders and ensure accurate documentation
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Follow up on existing clients to encourage repeat purchases
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly
Market Development:
- Identify new markets, trends, and opportunities
- Monitor competitors and provide feedback to management
- Suggest improvements to products, pricing, or sales strategy
Reporting & Record Keeping:
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Track performance against targets
Product Knowledge:
