Position Overview
We’re looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Associate to help us expand TravelTube MySchool’s reach and strengthen our brand presence. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote MySchool’s products and services.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as flyers, email campaigns, blog posts, and press releases.
- Help organize events, webinars, and campus activations to increase awareness and user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to inform future strategies.
- Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and build strong relationships with students, institutions, and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of marketing experience—fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for education technology.
Preferred Skills
- Graphic design or video editing experience.
- Understanding of education markets in Africa and internationally.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
