Position Overview

We’re looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Associate to help us expand TravelTube MySchool’s reach and strengthen our brand presence. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful campaigns, engage diverse audiences, and work on innovative projects shaping the future of education. Fresh graduates with a passion for marketing and education technology are strongly encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote MySchool’s products and services.
  2. Create and manage engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights.
  4. Support the development of marketing materials such as flyers, email campaigns, blog posts, and press releases.
  5. Help organize events, webinars, and campus activations to increase awareness and user engagement.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
  7. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to inform future strategies.
  8. Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and build strong relationships with students, institutions, and partners.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. 0–2 years of marketing experience—fresh graduates are welcome.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager).
  5. Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  6. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. A creative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for education technology.


Preferred Skills

  1. Graphic design or video editing experience.
  2. Understanding of education markets in Africa and internationally.
  3. Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
