Job Summary

- Promote So Fresh brand and products, creatively connect with our target audience through different digital channels to drive growth
- Use insights and performance metrics to increase market penetration and brand equity.
Job Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Business Intelligence:
- Create marketing strategies to build customer loyalty, brand recognition, increased store footfall and customer satisfaction aimed at driving growth and achieving sales targets
- Responsible for the development and management of the marketing strategies and budget to ensure expenses are in line with budget provisions and it delivers expected ROI
- Stay abreast of current market trends, competitive activity, and industry innovation
- Collect data, analyse, and draw conclusions from customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, competitive insight, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Collate performance metrics across multiple platforms (paid and organic) and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics to management.
Digital Strategy & Content:
- Develop and execute an annual Digital Marketing Plan, in line with the company’s strategic objectives and initiatives.
- Develop relevant online content including videos, graphics, texts, blog post, etc., that resonates with our target audience.
- Update website content and copies with up-to-date information as required.
- Create and manage cross-functional link building content to position So Fresh positively and connect our target audience to our stories.
Website Management & Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Manages the company website to drive visibility, sales, and growth
- Optimise the website structure, content, and copy for search engine optimisation (SEO) ranking.
- Ensure all information on the website are up to date and there’s zero downtime
- Ensure the right mix of vibrant brand messaging and promotional messages on the website
- Post and manage interactions regularly on the company blog.
Online Media, Social Media Management, and Email Marketing:
- Develop and manage the social media strategy for So Fresh to drive engagement and conversion
- Strategically position the organisation on other online platforms to drive engagement and conversion such as YouTube, Google assets, WhatsApp Status, Pinterest etc.
- Develop content strategy for email marketing to educate, inform, raise brand interest, drive product awareness and sales.
PR & Corporate Image Building:
- Create and implement PR strategies and initiatives to promote a positive company image and identify opportunities for positive brand messaging
- Monitor public perception, opinions and mentions of the So Fresh brand and amplify the positive sentiments and tactfully counter negative publicity and crisis management
- Produce high quality press releases, newsletter, media kit and related marketing materials that amplify the So Fresh story and build connection with the public and the media.
Business Cycle Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies and campaigns in line with company’s established business cycles
- Manage the entire process from idea generation to execution, to drive brand awareness, tell the company story and achieve sales target.
Qualification & Requirements
- BSc / BA in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive in a similar role.
- Marketing experience in retail, food and related sectors is an added advantage.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with B2C, social media, Google AdWords, Keyword Planner, email marketing and SEO/SEM.
- Excellent Excel skills – familiarity with pivot tables and Vlookup is an added advantage.
- In-depth understanding of Inbound, Outbound and Influencer marketing.
- Practical knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture key business metrics.
- Familiarity with Graphic tools e.g. Canva, Corel draw, PowerPoint, figma etc.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / Month.
