Wattwise is a digital energy management platform offering intelligent submetering solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial properties, enabling accurate billing, transparency, and optimized power consumption.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing personnel to build awareness of our solution among property owners, real estate developers, and electricity distribution companies (DISCOs). This role requires someone who is comfortable going out to meet clients, attending events, and actively pursuing business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively attend industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking sessions to promote products and services, connect with potential clients, and schedule follow-up meetings
  • Organize and conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients at their offices, building sites, or our facility
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to introduce our solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in property management firms, real estate companies, and DISCO technical/commercial departments
  • Coordinate meetings between prospects and our technical/sales team, and follow through to convert leads into sales
  • Manage online presence - website updates, LinkedIn, and digital content that supports our outreach efforts
  • Create simple, clear materials explaining what we do,and the benefits - brief graphic designer on brochures, flyers, and presentation decks needed for client meetings
  • Write proposals, quotation support documents, and follow-up communications for prospects
  • Collect and share customer testimonials and case studies from successful installations
  • Track all prospect interactions, meeting outcomes, and conversion rates to measure marketing effectiveness
  • Represent WattWise at industry associations, and relevant professional gatherings


REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • Additional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Energy Management are an advantage


Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales (experience in energy, real estate, or B2B services preferred)
  • Experience attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events


Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships quickly
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
