Job Brief

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team in developing and executing strategies that drive brand growth, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
• Manage digital, print, and outdoor advertising campaigns.
• Oversee content creation, branding, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitors.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI on all campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care teams to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 -10 years’ experience in marketing or brand management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
