Job Title: Mechanical Engineering Supervisor
Location: Mainland, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Mechanical Engineer Supervisor to support the day-to-day maintenance and operational efficiency of mechanical systems within our manufacturing facility.
- The successful candidate will supervise routine maintenance, oversee repairs, and ensure machine reliability in line with production requirements and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical technicians and coordinate maintenance schedules.
- Monitor and maintain mechanical systems including HVAC, compressors, pumps, and conveyors.
- Perform root cause analysis on mechanical faults and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure preventive maintenance routines are executed and properly documented.
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and validation activities.
- Maintain mechanical documentation, including logs, drawings, and SOPs.
- Ensure mechanical systems comply with safety and GMP standards.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to reduce downtime.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Eng. or HND in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing production environment.
- NABTEB.
- Trade Test 1,2 & 3
Key Competencies:
- Good understanding of industrial mechanical systems and equipment.
- Hands-on experience with routine and emergency maintenance.
- Ability to read technical drawings and mechanical schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of GMP, safety, and quality standards.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
