Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Manager to oversee mechanical maintenance, equipment reliability, and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle mechanical breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct 5-Why/RCA and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and coordinate shutdown and maintenance activities.
• Manage mechanical spare-parts inventory.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment service history.
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures.

Requirements

• B.Tech/HND in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8 – 10 years of relevant mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience in shutdown planning and spare-parts management.
• Good computer, documentation, and leadership skills.

Salary
