DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Implement effective social media and network marketing strategies.
  • ⁠Increase brand awareness and drive sales across social media platforms, clubs, bars, mess,, restaurants, hotels, and adult entertainment centres
  • Invitation of company partners to business opportunity programs and webinars. Onboard network marketing partners to grow sales and the company's partner community 
  • Facilitate sales of the company's products through various platforms, including the MLM application, pharmacies, and sales to direct consumers. 
  • Share engaging posts to connect with the target audience.
  • Manage our online presence, including interactions, comments, messages, and reviews, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish and oversee social media accounts across various platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).
  • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and other teams to expand our reach.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote our products, services, events, and brand identity.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics, including engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and insights to inform future social media strategies.
  • Monitor and maintain our online reputation by responding to feedback and addressing issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Have a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.


Achieve direct sales by:

  • Procuring and selling products.
  • Visiting hospitals, retail pharmacies, lounges, clubs, mess halls, hangout centers, event centers, hotels, etc., and interacting with doctors, pharmacists, key personnel, etc to:
  • Promote products and the business.
  • Onboard partners, including pharmacists, managers, attendants, and other canvassers.
  • Building and managing your team by conducting seminars, training and educational sessions, supporting team members and the community, and responding to inquiries.
  • Sales through multilevel marketing and growing viable downlines.
  •  Implementing marketing strategies and networking with group members while executing sales plans.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bsc or its equivalent and NYSC Discharge/exemption certificate
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in media/Network marketing sales
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.


ALLOWANCE + COMMISSION: Up to N300K
