Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer reception and consultation, providing professional prefabricated house product consulting services to customers;
• Develop new markets and acquire new customers through offline promotion, online promotion, or other methods;
• Accompany customers to view show houses, facilitate transaction closure, sign sales contracts, manage payment collection, and provide after-sales services;
• Complete tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Familiar with the Lagos market, with over 2 years of sales experience
• Candidates with building materials sales experience are preferred.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Proficient in negotiation and customer relationship maintenance
