Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in an office or admin assistant role is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Trustworthiness, reliability, and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general office activities, which include errands and other miscellaneous tasks.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
  • Greet and attend to visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls as required.
  • Support with photocopying, scanning, and printing of documents.
  • Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment is kept clean and orderly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisors.
