Job Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in an office or admin assistant role is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Trustworthiness, reliability, and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office activities, which include errands and other miscellaneous tasks.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
- Greet and attend to visitors in a courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls as required.
- Support with photocopying, scanning, and printing of documents.
- Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is kept clean and orderly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisors.
