Job Description

  • Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries via mails.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, Scanning and photocopying of necessary document.
  • Receive all documents and items sent to the office from sub-offices and partners.
  • Maintain and ensure office supplies.
  • Maintain optimum confidentiality about office files/record.
  • Follow up mails and items sent from the company and confirm they are being received by the target receiver.
  • Schedule meeting between the management and partners/clients.



Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years of work experience.
  • Good knowledge of Computer on MS-words, Excel, power point.
