Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily operations across multiple service lines.
  • Monitor field staff (cleaners, technicians, and supervisors) to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and according to company standards.
  • Support deployment of teams for post-construction cleaning, façade cleaning, upholstery cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and janitorial assignments.
  • Track attendance, site allocation, and workforce productivity.
  • Liaise with clients to confirm job schedules, updates, and service feedback.
  • Ensure availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
  • Report operational issues, delays, or client concerns promptly to the Operations Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of jobs, materials used, and service reports.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and performance summaries.
  • Support onboarding and basic training coordination for field staff.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.


Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years of experience.


Salary

N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
