We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Isolo, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Task Planning and task allocation in accordance with the organization's policies andbest practices.
• Liaise with customers and ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers timescales and requirementsso as to foster customer satisfaction.
• Manage Manpower andresource effectively to support customer's delivery requirements and Drive Company Absence Control Procedures to ensure maximum attendance levels of staff.
• Inspect and evaluate physical condition of rental Items to ensure that they are in perfect conditions before items are delivered to the client.
• Develop and maintain allnecessary records and reports accordingly.
• Evaluate Logistics factors and liaise with transport companies when required according to their time lines
• Administer weekly Roaster for all staff in conjunction with the warehouse manager.
• Supervise the Loading and unloading of vehicle and ensure that nothing is left behind.
• Implementation of organization's SOP, enforce discipline amongst staff, problem resolutionto improve productivity.
• Come up with new processes and procedures to enhance productivity.
• Monitor the staff to ensurecompliance with health, safety and operating procedures through staff training and daily coaching for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Academic Qualification: B.Sc/HND in any field
• Experience: 5 to 10 years experience in the event/hospitality industry
• Age: 35yrs and above
• Working Hours: 9am-6pm (note that this is subject to change considering the nature of the business)
• Number of working Days: 6 days a week with one day off.

 Salary

N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
