Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field with 3 – 5 years’ experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality
• Preferably a female
