Roseann Gold Hotel & Resort Limited is a boutique hospitality brand in Abuja offering premium accommodation and guest experiences for corporate, leisure, and long-stay clients. The hotel is focused on service quality, operational discipline, and sustainable revenue growth.


Operations Leadership

  • Oversee all daily hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
  • Ensure departmental standards, guest service protocols, and brand guidelines are consistently maintained
  • Manage staff scheduling, discipline, and performance across all departments
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication and resolve operational issues proactively
  • Monitor and actively engage with the Property Management System (PMS) for occupancy tracking and reporting


Corporate Sales & Revenue

  • Own the hotel's occupancy target and develop actionable plans to achieve it
  • Identify, pursue, and close corporate accounts through direct outreach, site visits, and relationship management
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of corporate clients aligned with the hotel's premium positioning
  • Enforce premium rate strategy and resist unsupported discounting
  • Coordinate with ownership on marketing and promotional initiatives


Reporting & Accountability

  • Submit weekly occupancy reports and monthly revenue performance summaries to ownership
  • Provide formal written escalations for operational, staff, and guest issues
  • Maintain active and substantive communication across management channels
  • Track and report all KPIs as defined by ownership on a regular basis


Team & Guest Experience

  • Serve as the primary leadership figure that staff escalate operational issues to
  • Build a motivated, accountable management team that functions without constant ownership intervention
  • Ensure guest complaints are resolved within defined timeframes and documented appropriately
  • Maintain strong relationships across kitchen/F&B, front office, and housekeeping teams


Essential

  • Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a senior operational role
  • Demonstrable track record of driving occupancy and corporate account acquisition
  • Strong reporting discipline — candidate must be comfortable producing formal written performance summaries
  • Experience with Property Management Systems (eZee Absolute or similar)
  • Excellent communication and interdepartmental coordination skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Abuja immediately


Preferred

  • Prior experience in boutique or corporate hotel environments
  • Existing corporate client relationships in Abuja or FCT
  • Degree or professional certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Familiarity with the Abuja corporate hospitality market
