Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant outlets.
• The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, improve profitability, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all outlets.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and HSE standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.
• Monitor inventory, labour, and food costs.
• Analyze operational performance and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalated issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hospitality operations management experience, preferably in QSR or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and deliver business results.
