Position Overview:  

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the seamless operation of the hotel, spa, and restaurant, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality and hospitality. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong operational and managerial skills, and have a deep understanding of facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, spa, and restaurant, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and maintain service excellence.
• Manage facility operations, including maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and AMAC regulations.
