CADSYNC Consults Limited is a national professional services firm operating through core and associate teams of professionals in delivering Recruitment, Process Re-Engineering, Training/Capacity Development and HR Advisory services to Clients in all sectors of the Nigerian economy.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support & Coordination:
- Support the CLO in managing the firm’s daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate internal workflows across teams to ensure operational alignment with business objectives.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of operational plans and schedules.
- Assist in tracking deliverables and timelines for ongoing engagements and internal initiatives.
Special Projects & Assignments
- Provide operational support for special projects, strategic initiatives, and time-bound organizational assignments.
- Coordinate logistics, resources, and documentation required for project execution.
- Track project progress and escalate operational risks or delays to the CLO as required.
Facility & Infrastructure Management
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe, functional, and professional work environment.
- Coordinate maintenance, utilities, office supplies, and vendor services.
- Support the management of IT infrastructure, including:
- Internet and network services
- Office hardware and systems
- Coordination with external IT service providers
- Report infrastructure issues and support resolution to minimize downtime.
Vendor & Logistics Support
- Support vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, and logistics planning as directed by the CLO.
- Assist with vendor documentation, contracts, and service performance tracking.
- Ensure timely availability of resources required for projects and internal operations.
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare routine operational reports, including:
- Daily and weekly operational updates
- Facility and infrastructure status
- Project and SLA support reports
- Maintain accurate operational records, logs, and documentation.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and controls.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Ensure operational activities align with internal policies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in an operations, logistics, or administrative support role.
- Experience in a consulting, professional services, or service-oriented organization is an advantage.
