Job Title: Pastry Chef

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare and Produce Pastries, Dessertsand baked goods, including cakes, tortes, cookies, and breads.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menus to keep our pastry offerings fresh and exciting.
• Maintain High Standards of Quality and Presentation
• Manage pastry kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring that all pastry items are prepared and stored safely.
• Collaborate with Other Kitchen Staff

Requirements

• Culinary Degree or Equivalent Experience: Culinary degree or equivalent experience in pastry arts.
• 3+ Years of Pastry Experience: 3+ years of experience in pastry arts, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong pastry skills, including cake decorating, sugar work, and bread baking.
• Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Knowledge on other cooking skills is added advantage

Salary

N250,000 / month.
