  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and seamless exit processes
  • Drive performance management processes and appraisal systems
  • Collaborate on resolving performance issues and implementing PIPs

  • Identify training needs and design company-wide L&D programs
  • Partner with internal/external providers to deliver impactful training

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Manage salary reviews, performance rewards, and employee incentives
  • Develop competitive compensation structures and staffing budgets

Employee Engagement & Relations:

  • Design engagement surveys and culture-building initiatives
  • Provide expert guidance on grievances, misconduct, and employee welfare
  • Champion initiatives that support employee well-being and retention

HR Operations & Admin:

  • Manage HRIS and internal communications
  • Oversee administration across multiple office locations
  • Prepare periodic HR reports for executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
  • Relevant HR certifications, such as CIPM, are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Experience working in mission-driven, non-profit, or NGO environments is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full HR lifecycle and leading people-related strategy and operations.
  • Proven ability to lead culture transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of Nigerian Labour Laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with performance management systems, PIPs, and talent development.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and digital tools for communication and data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
  • Agile, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
