Job Summary 

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented NYSC Corp Member with a strong interest in human resources, talent management, and organizational culture to join our Lagos team as a People and Culture Intern. This internship role provides hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment support, and culture-building initiatives within a structured environment. The successful candidate will support the People and Culture Team.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Currently serving as an NYSC Corp Member (Lagos posting).
  • Strong interest in human resources, people management, and organizational development.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Word).
