Job Description

• The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, hands-on approach, and proficiency in communication and organization.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
• 6 years of HR or People Operations experience, including 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Demonstrated success in developing and expanding HR functions within a fast-paced or growing organization.
• Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and related tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on emotional intelligence.
• Ability to blend strategic planning with day-to-day implementation.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.
• Practical experience in HR analytics and reporting.
• Background in change management and organizational development.
