Job Summary

• The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and personal support to the Managing Director across personal and business-related activities.
• The role requires a highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy individual who can manage tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Managing Director’s personal schedule, appointments, and reminders.
• Coordinate personal errands, home-related activities, and service providers.
• Make travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings.
• Conduct research and compile information as required.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and regular updates.
• Draft emails, letters, and other correspondence.
• Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Maintain organised records and important documents.
• Provide general administrative and personal support.

Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to book flights and manage travel arrangements.
• Good report-writing and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is an added advantage.
