Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and licensed Pharmacist to oversee the dispensing of medications, provide pharmaceutical care, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the company's commitment to delivering safe and effective healthcare products. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and dispense prescriptions accurately in accordance with professional and legal standards.
  • Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, side effects, interactions, and storage requirements.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of medicines and pharmaceutical products.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of drugs in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, controlled substances, and pharmacy operations.
  • Provide drug information and pharmaceutical advice to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Participate in pharmacovigilance activities and report adverse drug reactions where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations set by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN), NAFDAC, and other relevant authorities.
  • Conduct routine checks on product quality, expiry dates, and inventory accuracy.
  • Support health promotion initiatives and patient education programs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing pharmacy policies and procedures.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).
  • Current practicing license issued by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant pharmacy experience.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of AI tools(Chatgpt and Claude AI) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
