Job summary


We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Pharmacy & Supermarket Manager to lead the daily operations of our pharmacy and supermarket. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving excellent customer service while maximising sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of both the pharmacy and supermarket sections.
  • Supervise pharmacists, sales associates, and other support staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical and retail regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate inventory management, and ensure proper product display and merchandising.
  • Drive sales growth through effective operational and customer service strategies.
  • Maintain proper storage and handling standards for pharmaceutical products.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Prepare operational and sales reports for management review.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organised store environment.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in pharmacy, supermarket, or retail management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Live within Ogudu and its environs.
  • Experience managing a large team.

Remuneration: NGN 350,000 - 400,000 Monthly
