Elvaridah Limited - Our client, a UK-based community interest company focused on supporting individuals — especially migrants and new entrants — to access careers in the UK construction industry. This is achieved through foundation training, job placement support, webinar series, and direct referrals to employers and training providers.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Placement Support Personnel (Remote)

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Follow up daily with new sign-ups from our forms
• Manage the WhatsApp Construction Jobs Channel
• Respond to candidate emails and support them through the placement process
• Coordinate referrals with partner organisations
• Identify and liaise with new potential employers and training providers
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Founder or Line Manager.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, career support, or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
• Experience working with WhatsApp, email, and other digital communication tools
• Proven ability to liaise with external partners and stakeholders
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive
• Previous experience in the construction industry placement or migrant support (desirable but not required)

Working Hours:

• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Weekdays), plus selected weekends when required.
