Job Title: Procurement Associate
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Implement strategic plans for procurement operations – deliver value to the organization by focusing and aligning with company objectives such as right sourcing, right OEM/place, and right quality by adhering strictly to the end user description and specification, delivering on time and pay on time, comply with company procedure and policies by adopting the use of landing cost analysis table and freight calculator.
- Proactively ensure communication between the company, IOCs, stakeholders, and partners by building relationships to reduce turnaround time on request – make networking a priority.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with your team in securing contracts, company registration, networking, building relationships, and business development outreach – garner at least ten (10) purchase orders (PO/WO) every month - develop a dashboard or matrix to track and monitor your performance or progress weekly.
- Maintain good relationships with our clients and set up a weekly outreach program to foster opportunities
- Analyse performance, identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferably with a second-class upper).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
- Proven track record in supply chain management, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Some Key Requirements include:
- Graduating grade of Second Class Upper (2:1) or higher
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Prior extensive experience in the oil and gas industry
Salary
N600,000 - N800,000 Monthly.
