Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer with a strong background in factory procurement.
• The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience sourcing and purchasing factory-related materials, equipment, spare parts, and consumables. Candidates without manufacturing or factory procurement experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure factory materials, equipment, machinery spare parts, and consumables.
• Identify and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of required items.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate their performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stock shortages.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Procurement, Supply Chain  Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in factory or manufacturing procurement.
• Must have experience procuring factory items, machinery spare parts, production materials, and industrial consumables.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.
• Must be willing to relocate to Lekki Free Zone.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet procurement deadlines.

Salary

N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
