• Identify and engage reliable Manufacturers and distributors who can meet the technical and quality requirements stated in Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure the best value for the organization.
• Work closely with the procurement team to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and recommend suitable sourcing options.
• Reduce purchasing costs and delivery times to help improve the organization’s chances of winning project bids.
• Develop and maintain an approved list of qualified suppliers, including local vendors that meet local content requirements.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with client policies, donor guidelines, and applicable regulatory standards.
