Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

The Product Manager defines product vision and roadmap, working cross-functionally with other stakeholders to launch products that meet market needs. Focuses on user feedback, market trends, and business goals to drive product success.

Responsibilities

Evaluates the effectiveness of product roll outs, focusing on launch timeliness, cross-functional preparedness, and overall market impact.
Measures customer perceptions of product usability, functionality, and value based on direct feedback.
Tracks user onboarding, activation, and engagement levels to determine how quickly and broadly customers embrace the product.
Assesses the product’s contribution to financial performance through new revenue, upselling, and expansion opportunities.
Monitors the on-time completion of planned features and strategic initiatives in alignment with business priorities.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in product management role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM), or Certified Product Manager (CPM) is an added advantage.
