Job Description

Viju Industries Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage bottled water and carbonated soft drink (CSD) production operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire bottled water production line, organizing production activities, and ensuring compliance with established production and quality standards.

Experience Required: 3–5 years

Salary: 400,000 – 600,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire bottled water production line.
• Organize and coordinate daily production activities.
• Ensure production processes follow established standards and procedures.
• Monitor  manufacturing workflows to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure production activities meet required quality standards.
• Coordinate production schedules and production targets.
• Monitor production operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product standards.
• Ensure effective utilization of production equipment and resources.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in production management.
• Familiarity with bottled water and CSD production processes.
• Good understanding of beverage manufacturing workflows.
• Ability to independently manage a bottled water production line.
• Knowledge of production and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Salary

400,000 – 600,000 per month
