Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Production Supervisor to manage daily factory operations and ensure efficient production of our products. The successful candidate will be trained and work with the production manager to oversee staff, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth workflow across production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are met
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency
• Manage factory workers and ensure discipline and productivity
• Ensure strict compliance with NAFDAC, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports
• Reduce production downtime by coordinating with maintenance teams
• Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage
• Enforce health and safety regulations within the factory

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Food Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years experience in a similar role (FMCG or food production preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good knowledge of factory operations and quality control processes
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends if required
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proximity to Lagos and Ogun state is an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₦180,000 – ₦300,000 monthly (based on experience)
