360 Woman Africa is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to personal, leadership, and enterprise development for women across Africa. Founded by Dr. Yvonne Chioma Ofodile, the Foundation has directly and indirectly impacted over 15,000 women aged 22–55, disbursed over ₦20 million in equity-free grants to women-led businesses, and built one of Nigeria's most recognized platforms for gender inclusion.
The Foundation's Vision is to be a powerhouse that raises a vibrant generation of 360 women who actively elevate gender equality, inclusion, and diversity to 35% across all sectors in Africa. Its Mission is to equip women with personal, leadership, and business skills through its Women Skill Development Centre optimising their potential for global relevance and improving gender equality, inclusion, and diversity in Africa. The Foundation's work aligns with SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly articulate, organized, and mission-driven Program Executive to support the design, coordination, and delivery of 360 Woman Africa's programmes, events, and stakeholder engagement activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about women's empowerment, skilled in programme management, and deeply familiar with the volunteer and non-profit ecosystem. You will play a central role in translating the Foundation's strategy into impactful, seamlessly executed programmes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all Foundation programmes, events, summits, and training sessions.
- Manage the full programme calendar including the Annual Enterprise Summit, Conference, trainings, mentorship programmes & Grant Awards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with programme partners, sponsors, speakers, and vendors.
- Coordinate and manage volunteer networks: recruitment, briefing, scheduling, and recognition.
- Prepare programme proposals, reports, concept notes, and post-event impact assessments.
- Support grant administration processes including applicant communication, documentation, and disbursement logistics.
- Monitor and track programme KPIs and beneficiary impact data for internal reporting and donor communication.
- Liaise with communications team on programme promotion across digital and traditional channels.
- Represent the Foundation professionally at external engagements, partnerships, and community events.
- Assist the Founder and leadership team with scheduling, research, and strategic initiative tracking.
- Work weekends and extended hours when programme activities require, with advance notice.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Development Studies, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, NGO operations, or a related role.
- Proven experience working within or managing a volunteer system/network.
- Exceptionally articulate both in written communication and verbal presentation.
- Strong event planning and project management skills; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- A genuine passion for gender equality, women's development, and social impact.
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule, available to travel, ready to work weekends when program needs arise.
- Residing on the Island or in close proximity to the Foundation's Lagos base is an advantage.
