KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the development and execution of programme and operational plans aligned with NTCA’s strategic objectives.
Coordinate programme implementation in line with approved timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
Contribute to the development of high-quality narrative and technical reports for partners and stakeholders.
Support programme monitoring by tracking activities, outputs, and outcomes, and contributing to data collection and learning processes.
Work closely with the M&E function to strengthen evidence-based programming and reporting.
Build and sustain productive relationships with government agencies, civil society partners, and other key stakeholders.
Support advocacy, media, and public engagement activities linked to programme objectives.
Represent NTCA at meetings, events, and relevant forums as required
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in programme coordination or management within the development, advocacy, or non-profit sector.
Practical knowledge of monitoring and evaluation concepts, indicators, and reporting.
Strong analytical, organisational, and coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
