KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development and execution of programme and operational plans aligned with NTCA’s strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate programme implementation in line with approved timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality narrative and technical reports for partners and stakeholders.
  • Support programme monitoring by tracking activities, outputs, and outcomes, and contributing to data collection and learning processes.
  • Work closely with the M&E function to strengthen evidence-based programming and reporting.
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with government agencies, civil society partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Support advocacy, media, and public engagement activities linked to programme objectives.
  • Represent NTCA at meetings, events, and relevant forums as required


CANDIDATE PROFILE 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in programme coordination or management within the development, advocacy, or non-profit sector.
  • Practical knowledge of monitoring and evaluation concepts, indicators, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
