Job Title: Project and Compliance Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Ensuring Project Compliance:The coordinator monitors project activities to ensure they align with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Developing and Implementing Compliance Programs: This includes creating, updating, and disseminating compliance policies and procedures, tailored to the specific project and its associated risks.
• Conducting Compliance Audits: The coordinator performs internal audits to assess compliance levels, identify areas of non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions.
• Risk Management: They identify and assess compliance-related risks associated with the project and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Support project team by providing training and guidance both internally and externally to ensure consistency across the business.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and suggesting enhancements to standarised process and procedures.
• Support the Project Compliance Manager with project reviews, reporting, and implementation of good practice within the compliance team and wider business.
• Assist in ensuring that all handover deliverables meet contractual obligations and are submitted in line with client expectations and project milestones.
• Attend project meetings as required to stay informed on progress, raise concerns on documentation gaps, and support planning for handover deliverables.

Salary

N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
