Job Title: Project Coordinator Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Work Mode: Full-time (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing project activities and schedules.
  • Manage government agencies related tasks, maintain cordial relationship and ensure the organization’s full compliance.
  • Maintain and update project documentation including reports, workplans, and trackers.
  • Support the preparation of technical and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor timelines, flag delays, and help follow up on deliverables.
  • Arrange meetings, take minutes, and document key decisions.
  • Maintain records of procurement, resource use, and project inventories.
  • Support logistics for field visits, training sessions, and farmer engagement events.
  • Track budgets, expenses, and provide basic financial support documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison between the project coordinator, field teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and project updates as needed.
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project administration is required.
  • Familiarity with greenhouse farming, irrigation systems, or modern agricultural practices will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel to field sites and work in rural or semi-urban settings.
  • Experience in working with government agencies will be an added advantage
  • Must be smart and agile.
