Description

• We are seeking a Project Manager – MEP to lead the technical delivery of electro-mechanical projects for Taewoo limited.
• Beyond site management, quality control, and safety, the ideal candidate will actively build client relationships and identify commercial opportunities to help win future contracts and expand our project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing projects within schedule and budget.
• Business Growth: Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to position the company for repeat business and new project opportunities.
• Operations & Cost Control: Manage site resources, timelines, and budgets using ERP tools (Odoo).
• Quality & Safety: Enforce compliance with ISO 9001/45001 standards and Nigerian engineering codes.
• Handover: Oversee testing, commissioning, and final project sign-off.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / B.Eng. or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 5–7 years of MEP project management experience in contracting.
• COREN registration and NSE membership required; PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage stakeholder relationships into business expansion.
• Proficient in Odoo ERP, MS Project/Primavera, and AutoCAD.
