You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every project runs smoothly — from site setup to final installation — by coordinating artisans, monitoring quality, tracking timelines, and making sure the design intent is executed exactly as planned. • Interpret design drawings, BOQs, and specifications correctly.
  • Plan daily and weekly work schedules with artisans and vendors.
  • Ensure quality workmanship that aligns with company and client standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, track progress, and report daily/weekly updates.
  • Monitor material use and ensure resources are managed efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with the designer, vendors, and clients.
  • Prepare site reports, snag lists, and track project timelines.
  • Support procurement — confirm material deliveries and ensure proper installation.
  • Enforce site safety, cleanliness, and discipline at all times.

Requirements

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience supervising interior or construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and site coordination.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Confident with WhatsApp, Google Drive, and basic Microsoft tools for reporting.
  • Must reside within Obalende / Lekki / Ajah axis (non-negotiable).
  • Must be available Monday to Saturday, with flexible hours depending on project needs.Performance Indicators
  • Timely and efficient project completion.
  • Accuracy in executing the design intent.
  • Quality of finishing and attention to detail.
