Job Summary
- The Project officer is in charge of projects from initiation to close, making sure the work gets done efficiently and
- satisfactorily.
Responsibilities
Our expected project officer responsibilities include:
- Preparation of work schedules with contractors.
- Planning of project processes. Creating of budget
- Management of a team or communication with clients.
- Planning and development of project ideas.
- Monitoring projects progress and setting of deadlines.
- Provision of solution to issues arising on project sites.
- Management of project budget.
- Ensure satisfaction of stakeholders in a project.
- Periodical evaluation of project performance.
- Management and evaluation of construction bids
- Management of equipment and materials
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- No experience required- Entry level
- Good organizational skills.
- Multitasking ability. pang
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Good time management.
